Account Deletion Request
⚠ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Academic data (GPA, field of study, test scores, preferences)
- All uploaded documents (CV, transcripts, certificates, motivation letters)
- University match history and saved programs
- Application timeline and tracking data
- AI chat history and generated content
- Payment history and subscription records
- All other personal data stored in our systems
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Anonymized usage analytics (not linked to your identity)
- Financial records required for tax or legal compliance
- Data required to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in. Actual data removal from all systems may take up to 30 days to complete.

ما الذي يتم حذفه

- البيانات الأكاديمية (المعدل، مجال الدراسة، درجات الاختبارات، التفضيلات)
- جميع المستندات المرفوعة (السيرة الذاتية، كشوف الدرجات، الشهادات، رسائل التحفيز)
- سجل المطابقة مع الجامعات والبرامج المحفوظة
- جدول الوقت وتتبع الطلبات
- سجل المحادثات بالذكاء الاصطناعي والمحتوى المُنشأ
- سجل المدفوعات والاشتراكات
- جميع البيانات الشخصية الأخرى المخزنة في أنظمتنا
ما قد يتم الاحتفاظ به
قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات كما يقتضي القانون أو لأغراض عمل مشروعة:
- التحليلات المجهولة الهوية (غير مرتبطة بهويتك)
- السجلات المالية المطلوبة للامتثال الضريبي أو القانوني
- البيانات المطلوبة لحل النزاعات أو تطبيق الاتفاقيات
وقت المعالجة
تتم معالجة طلبات حذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً. خلال هذه الفترة، سيتم تعطيل حسابك ولن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول. قد تستغرق الإزالة الفعلية للبيانات من جميع الأنظمة ما يصل إلى 30 يوماً.
